Called the Buckhannon, WV location for a question concerning my John Deere 1026R not starting.

Spoke with Brad in the service department. This was mid morning on a Monday and Brad's department hit the ground running. As he spoke with me on the phone, he had so much going on with getting their day/week started. There was at least one tech, possibly two, asking questions of him. He was very kind and patient with those folks as he was with me. I had to be put on hold for around 60 seconds and he came right back to help me with my issue. He suggested fuses and a couple of other possibilities. He took time to tell me how to find the fuse panel and what to check out. He was very, very helpful to me and his associates. Very knowledgeable as well. He did ask that I might contact him back to let him know how he could further help me and or let me know if my problem had been resolved. Which after getting my 1026R started I did return his call and thanked him for all of his help. Very good service department to work with. Will always refer to them for my needs.

I bought my first tractor in 2010 from Middletown in Fairmont. Since then, I have bought 2 small lawn tractors and implements from middletown Uniontown. My first dealing with Craig Branthoover was years ago, and have again just purchased a 3039R from Craig and Middletown. What a great guy and a great salesmen! I am in the service industry, and Craig understands customers and is very knowledgeable about what he sells. That is why I am now a 4th time repeat customer at Middletown Uniontown!

I purchased a John Deere 1025R compact tractor from this dealer. I can honestly say that it was a great purchase not only the equipment but the salesman, Brandon, who was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. This dealership had the best price and a great sales experience. I also bought a Stihl weed eater which had a carburetor issue and Brian was so helpful. He switched me out with a different unit with no pressure or stress. This is a top notch dealership that does business right. Brandon even sent a thank you card which was a nice touch. If youre thinking about buying a John Deere or a Stihl piece of equipment they are great to work with and the tractor and attachments were all in pristine condition. I purchased a tractor 30 years ago at this same dealership, to this day still the best in town as far as im concerned! Jimmy Adragna went over and above to satisfy our needs. Originally purchased a beautiful zero turn with a 60in deck. Unfortunately it wasnt a good fit for our needs. Jimmy informed us about the JD promise and fit us with a wonderful tractor instead. A lot of paper and phone work later he made it happen. Thanks to Jimmy and the team at JD middle town in Washington pa.

I purchased a 1023E tractor. I was lucky to work with Nathan in Sales. I had never purchased a tractor and was apprehensive, very apprehensive. As soon as I spoke with Nathan, I knew there was no need to worry. He matched me with the 1023E and answered all of my questions. The purchase was a breeze. Nathan kept me updated on the delivery date. On the delivery day, Troy kept me updated as to his arrival time. Once off-loaded, Troy walked me through everything about the tractor. I have a new tractor and thanks to Nathan and Troy, I was able to operate it without a problem.

I have been a John Deere user for a lifetime (58) and Middletown Tractor has been my dealer of choice since moving to Northern WV in 2007. The service department is first class. Recently, Darla Hinerman at the Fairmont location helped locate some special spacers for my 2032 tractor. Her and her partner went above and beyond to find what i needed. Dealership is great and parts department is first class.

I talked to Brandon in the Parts department and he was so very helpful about getting me a mulching kit for my mower. I so appreciated his caring attitude and attention I was given. A great employee that gave me answers I couldn't get before. Thank you Brandon!!

I chose to use the Uniontown location as they had a used tractor, with the attachments that I preferred and it was in my price range. Dan Goodwin did a terrific job. He had a positive attitude and answered all my questions promptly and accurately throughout the entire process. Dan went the extra mile and made the buying process easy. I recently bought a new tractor from fairmont. Nathan was my sales person.. Ive bought from them before and decided it was time to combine my 4300 with backhoe and loader and 495 lawn tractor into one unit for my back woods living. WOW!! I was not let down. From trading in both on a 1025r with backhoe and frontloader and 60 inch deck was a pure pleasure.. NATHAN was truly professional and easy to deal with. I ordered turf tires and they were installed. Then delivered by a true professional also by the name of TROYHonestly I could of went to the uniontown dealer but going the extra miles to fairmont was worth every penny. Those folks ruuullle!! I purchased a John Deere 2025 and had issues with the 3pt hitch control arms. After multiple conversations and inquiries with salesman. I was still unable to use any 3pt attachments. I finally came into contact with John Ocheltree and he went above and beyond trying to resolve this issue which had now been several months of frustration for me. Once I spoke to John he took control of the situation and pushed forward finding the proper resolution. After researching the history and equipment purchased he scheduled one of his service technicians to verify proper installation and functionality. A service technician arrived in a timely manner by the name of AJ I believe. I found this technician to be knowledgeable and professional. After assessing the issues and verifying mechanical adjustments and installation he felt the wrong control arms were installed on the system (control arms for 1025 was installed and needed to be arms for 2025). He communicated he would need to order the proper arms and return upon arrival. He responded very quickly and returned for installation. The equipment now operates properly. I have been a field service engineer for 20yrs and I found this service department to be very customer oriented. I would recommend anyone in my community to purchase from this dealership due to their profound commitment to excellent customer service and dedication. These two individuals have earned future sales for this dealership.

Overall experience was exceptional with the Uniontown team. To be able to find true professionals, who were exceptional and accommodating with my purchase. Thank you Craig. I have made 2 purchases a chain saw and most recent the Stijl trimmer pruner which was hard to obtain I contacted Teddy Herbert at Fairmont Middletown Tractor I let him know what I wanted and what accessories I was interested in I knew it was on backstock he added my name to the list of customers who were waiting on them. He kept me informed and called when it came in . When I went to pick it up he had it all ready to go he went over everything with me and asked if I had any questions. I bought a utility cart and was having trouble getting the lock bar together..went to the store and spoke with Jason at the service desk..I had the cart and all the parts in my truck..he came out and finished putting the cart together in no time..I have never met an employee as pleasant and helpful in quite some time in any type store I've shopped at..now I know why I bought another tractor here.

I am writing this review to thank Seth, the manager at Washington Pa Middletown tractor for his dedication and loyalty to provide me with honest and quality service while dealing with a John Deere mower from a different dealer. Over the past few weeks, I have talked with Seth, who was timely in answering my questions regarding service to my old tractor and clarified all service repairs with it over the winter. After talking with Seth and his sales manager, Matt, I had decided to get a new x580 mower. The trade-in and new buy process was very smooth. Husband sent me in to pick up an item he needed for his equipment at home and I had ZERO idea what i was looking for. As I pitifully explained the equipment he has and what he needed for it, Rich Narus was SUPER patient and incredibly helpful and made sure i got the proper item for my husband's equipment. Husband was super pleased when i came home with the right product :) Would certainly recommend Rich to anyone on the hunt for new JD equipment!

Absolute best service I have encountered. Went to get a part from the service dept, got there late and store was closing. Guy in parts went back inside after he was leaving and got the part I needed so I wouldn't leave without what I needed. I left very satisfied.

I would just like to say Larry Metzler restored my faith in the level of customer service that you should recieve when you spend $18000 on a piece of equipment. I was not recieving quality of treatment from the service dept. That i thought i should. He saw me in the showroom and i must have looked displeased , and he approched me asking what was wrong. I explained the situation, and he immediately took action. He assured that the warrenty repairs would be made on my machine and it would not leave the dealership until it was repaired correctly. Knowing my machine could be down for awhile he offered me a compairable machine so that i could keep up on mowing my 4 acres. Again i just want to thank him for the for the one on one customer service. The kind of service i expect from John Deere.
