    Online Parts Ordering

    Middletown Tractor Sales is devoted to making ordering the parts you need, easy! Follow these 3 simple steps to get your parts.

    1.) FIND YOUR PART by Visiting PartsCatalog.deere.com where you can search based on PIN/Serial Number, Model, or Equipment. Knowing the part you need helps speed up your ordering.

    2.) ORDER YOUR PARTS at John Deere parts online via our MyMTS customer portal. Check out ordering options for other equipment brands here on our Parts Department Homepage and scroll down for Stihl, Kuhn and more. If you have trouble finding the parts you need give us a call or complete an Online Parts Request and a Parts Associate would be happy to assist you.

    3.) GET YOUR PART when a Part Department Associate calls and let you know that your part has arrived. We can also direct ship what you need straight to your house. It’s easy! No hassle!

Parts Return Policies

Stocked Parts: We gladly accept parts returns for up to 30 days from their original invoice date for full refund. Parts returned AFTER that time will be assessed a 20% restocking charge.

Special Ordered Parts from John Deere: We happliy accept the return of these parts up to 20 days from their original purchase date; however, a 20% charge will be assessed.

Special Ordered Parts from All Other Brands: Some vendors will not allow returns on ANY special ordered parts. We will be glad to review their policy upon request. If returnable, a 20% charge plus shipping will be assessed.

Electrical Parts: No returns will be accepted on electrical items.

*All return items must be unused and in original packageing. Copy of invoice is required for all returns.*

Special Order Policy

We will gladly special order any parts. Non-stock parts that are special ordered, and any parts shipped directly to your home or business, must be paid in advance.

Check Policy

Checks returned for insufficient finds will be assessed a service charge of $30.00. Purchases paid by check will be refunded by check after a 14 days waiting period from date of sale.

Refund Payment Policy

All refunds over the amount of $50.00 will be mailed via check from our Corporate Office.
